Detail description of welding manipulator:

 

  • Welding manipulator is used to locate a weld head to a desired position for welding in a stable and secure manner.
     
  • For C.S seam, the welding head keep still while the job rotator by working speed, high quality welding results is produced. 
     
  • For L.S seam, the welding head would moving with working speed in a stable way with a high quality welding results.
     
  • Manual or powered mobile sub-based cars can be included for varying length weldments and procedures
     
  • Robust structure boom holding weld head over welding seam in a stable manner during weld procedure. It is able to achieve the consistent welding results.
     
  • With movable trolley, one set welding manipulator can work with multi welding station. Minimize the idler time of welding head during job preparation.
     
  • With special design, one boom is able to install two welding head. By two welding head working simultaneously, the working efficiency would be double with normal welding mode.
     
  • Relay on flexible co-work with different working station, it increases arc-on time and overall productivity.
     
  • Meanwhile, it reduced operator fatigue & consumable costs.
     
  • Rework time will be reduced and part scrap will be cut.
     
  • These benefits greatly reduce the time to prepare a part for welding and the time to finish a part after welding.
