Brief introduction:

• Work load limit 150t/pair (1power & 1idler) , wheel center distance manual adjustable for different diameter.
   
• Suitable for diameter range 1000mm~6000mm tank/boiler/vessel/tubular tower welding rotation.  

Description:

• The welding rotator is composed by power rotator, idler rotator, electric control system, pendant controller/foot pedal(optional). 
   
• Fixed pedestal on the ground.
   
• There are 2unit wheel installed at each pedestal of the power /idler rotator. 
   
• The wheels on power rotator are dual motor driven via gear box transmission. 
   
• Rotator pedestal with reserved bolt screw step adjusting the wheel center distance for diverse size work piece.
   
• Suitable for certain length work piece without need of adjusting power/idler rotator distance .

• Wheel surfaced coated rubber liner(polyurethane) to protect the work piece surface, and absorb virbration during loading to decrease stroke to the rotator driving mechanism.
