MZ1000B×2 gantry welding machine is specially designed for the welding of H beam. It realized the combination of welding control and trolley control and can de operated. Driven by alternating current converter; stable speed, digital display of the linearity speed, good reliability, there is no three-axle mechanical tracing arc guiding mechanism; floating type tracing to guarantee that the welding torch targeting at the welding seam accurately. The power ling for the submerged arc welding can move on the portal frame to shorten the length of the control cable and the welding cable as possible to quicken the response, reduce the pressure and stabilize the welding current.
 

 
Description:
 

• The machine is composed of trolley,column,slides unit,traveling reducer,arc-tracing unit of welding gun,flux transport and recovery system,pneumatic system,electrical system and SAW welding machine etc.
• The machine is show T-type, the rigidity and strength has been calculated carefully with advance and reasonable design, main parts stress relieved after welding with reliable running and long life span. The middle gantry support moving, two sides hang installation welding arm, the work piece put on the assistant rack of both sides at 45 degree for fillet welding at flat position. Both sides can be welded at same time, or choose welding one side.
• The movement of machine is controlled with A.C. inverter, that is, 2 motors drive 2 axles through 2 reducers. In this way, the driving style of double axles,four wheels can avoid skidding,crawling phenomenon, making running stable and reliable. The front of upper platform machined to slide moving rail for install welding arm etc, the wire spool rack can be put on the upper platform. The flux recovery machine can be put on lower platform.Welding arm moves vertically and horizontally through gear and rack driving, suitable for H-beam welding of extensive specifications, avoiding problem of non-positioning midway when driven with air cylinder.
• The welding power source put on the ground, the welding cable through the cable rack, with good conductivity, stable current and voltage, high welding quality and high seam quality.
• The welding arm through multi-group of adjustable eccentricity wheels and high precision rectangular rail achieve the vertical and horizontal stable running of welding head. The horizontal moving of slide plate and vertical moving of welding arm adopt motor reducer and gear rack unit, applicable for different specifications of H-beam, ensure stable and reliable running.
• With H-beam arc tracing unit for fillet welding of H-beam. The arc-tracing unit is of 3-axle tracing, of which vertical direction is pneumatic type, horizontal direction is floating type, assuring correct aiming at welding seam, avoiding deflective welding.
• The control of travel gantry and welding power source is integral, easy for operation.
• The support rack of work piece is welded by channel steel, prepared by user.
