Quick Details:
 Used for assembly or fit-up of long pipe or tank as wind tower, tank vessel, etc.
 Adjusting roller UP and DOWN through oil cylinder to gain an accurate alignment of two pipes, and then to weld.
 The four rollers on the turning roll are driven by four oil cylinders separately. It can realize simple operation or simultaneous running at the same side of the two oil cylinders through control, convenient and quick.
 The turning rolls are PU rollers. The core of the rollers are cast-iron clad with PU material;
 
The turning roll is designed to aid the welding of tanks. By using independent drive and idler units, tanks of varying lengths can be placed on the turning rolls supported on the turning rolls wheels. The power welding rotator and the passive welding rotator can be moved on the track, and the distance between them can be adjusted to weld cylinders of different lengths.
The wheels of self aligned welding rotator can be opened on the base frame to accommodate different vessel diameters. Our heavy duty, built to last self aligned welding rotators are designed and manufactured to tolerate the hardest, hard-wearing and unrelenting workload environments.

1.The weight of the rotator must be clearly marked on the drawing and sprayed on the rotator.

2.The rotator needs to provide and set the ideal lifting position and method and mark it on the drawing
