Description:

Set of pipe turning roll consists of 2 parts,say, a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.

The power unit is driven by two sets of heavy duty AC motor, which ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.

The heavy duty wheels are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.

The operation is with a remote control panel or a operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems.

Feature:

• Idler with pair of independently hydraulic lifting roller seat,by which it could effectively ajdust the tank position on radius & vertical direction. So as to realize assembling or anti drifting purpose. 
   
• Power welding rotator with motorized trolley traveling along the rail. Idler rotator with idle trolley. Ground logistic instead of hoist crane, optimize the working flow. Decreasing labor intensity, boosting productivity.
