Ronniewell self-aligning welding rotators are specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of offshore wind tower fabrication, handling workpieces up to 12 meters in diameter and 500 tonnes in weight. Featuring a patented self-aligning trunnion bracket design, these rotators automatically adjust to accommodate different diameters—eliminating the need for manual setup and significantly reducing changeover time between tower sections.
With capacities available up to 1,500 tonnes, these rotators provide stable, precise rotation for circumferential seam welding, fit-up, and assembly of the largest offshore wind components\. The four-point suspension design ensures superior support for both heavy and thin-walled vessels, reducing localized stress on the workpiece.
The HGZ series self-aligning rotators feature a unique design where the trunnion brackets supporting the wheels automatically reposition when the workpiece diameter changes. Through the pivoting action of the wheel carriages, the roller center distance adjusts to maintain optimal contact with the workpiece surface .
No manual adjustment is required—when a tower section of a different diameter is loaded, the rotator self-adjusts instantly, enabling seamless production flow across multiple tower sections with varying diameters. This design eliminates the need for couplings to change or pins to remove and replace, making setup and alignment quick and easy .

Ronniewell: Seaway is the most common transportation way for oversea trading. Depends on your location, combined transport by rail and sea is also an option. Certainly railway transportation is also acceptable if it is the most suitable approach.

Ronniewell: We provide 12month guaranty period for the whole machine quality. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it.
