How Self-Aligning Rotators Work

The HGZ series self-aligning rotators feature a unique design where the trunnion brackets supporting the wheels automatically reposition when the workpiece diameter changes. Through the pivoting action of the wheel carriages, the roller center distance adjusts to maintain optimal contact with the workpiece surface .

No manual adjustment is required—when a tower section of a different diameter is loaded, the rotator self-adjusts instantly, enabling seamless production flow across multiple tower sections with varying diameters.
